The founders of El Rancho Pollo a la Brasa are two entrepreneurs who embarked in a fast-casual concept for Pollo a la brasa. This style of roasting chicken was created in Peru in 1950, its cooking technique consists of a 24 hours marinate process, followed by a very slow charcoal oven broil. El Rancho chicken uses only authentic hot peppers imported from Peru and high quality products for its side dishes as well as our signature dishes.
